  • Accessed Digital Products: Completed downloads, services or digital items render the product "consumed." No refunds after download or first access.
  • Rendered Services: Once a service begins (e.g., consultation starts, custom work is delivered, or subscription period commences), no refunds for partial or full services provided. This includes:
